Yes!  Weight loss hypnosis is a positive approach that works by changing your relationship with food and with your appetite, and with helping you to overcome unhelpful habits and deal with cravings.  

This is NOT a diet! 

Diets imply starvation and restriction, which can trigger an instinct for self-preservation and a resistance to the feeling of being controlled. Nobody likes to be told what they can and can not do!  Hypnosis works in a natural and a positive way. Food is a necessary part of life and contains so many different messages for each person. Food may be associated with comfort or love. People may eat out of boredom or stress or habit. Some have been raised with messages that it is ALWAYS necessary to "clean your plate."  

Weight can be a protective barrier for one person, a holdover of childhood messages for another, the result of a medical issue for others, or simply the cumulation of unhelpful habits.  There is no one size fits all approach, and healthy weight loss may happen quickly for one person or unfold over time for another.  For these reasons, the weight loss series does require multiple sessions to achieve desired goals.
